Test Spin is a good survey and focus group site. They pay per survey and you can cashout for amazon gift certificates at 10.00. I believe they are also working on allowing payment by paypal. I have recieved a few invites from them and there are also often surveys that you can log onto the site to take as well. They are a member of the BBB......

Pinecone Research
Pinecone Research http://www.pineconeresearch.com/ is a great survey site. It is also one that it is difficult to join, as they are extremely popular. Pinecone sends me a survey about once a month and then I get a $3.00 check in the mail for taking it. They also often send new products for members to try and you get to keep the products.

MyView.com
Another one of my favorite sites thus far is www.MyView.com. I receive survey invites from them quite frequently. Most surveys take around 15 to 20 minutes with a reward of one to five dollars. They payout after $30.00 and I am already half way there.
Be sure when you sign up for survey sites that you fill in all of the profile information. The more you fill out, the more surveys that you will receive.

Three Survey Sites To Start With..
I am beginning to really research the paid survey sites that I have signed up for to discover exactly what the rewards are for participating. Sometimes you think that you are earning far more than you really are, especially with sites where you earn points that convert to cash. I have found that many times I am earning 600 points, which seems to be good, but is actually about 33 cents. I don't know about you, but I have better things to do with 20 minutes than to earn 33 cents for my time. (Can you even buy a stamp for that anymore?)
Many survey sites do not even offer a cash incentive, but sweepstakes entries instead. For these, I guess it depends on how lucky you think you are. One of these such sites is www.greenfieldonline.com . For each survey that you take, you are entered into a $50,000 sweepstakes. The surveys vary from ten to even fifty minutes long. I usually take at least one a day, provided that I can find a short one.
What I have found that is interesting, however, is that there are at least two other sites where you can take these exact same surveys and earn $1.00 for doing so. These are both sites that may be referred to as "paid to read'" sites. They send you e-mail everyday and pay you to read them. (It is not much, but it adds up.) They also both have "get paid to try" offers and other ways to earn money. You will earn $5.00 automatically just for signing up and they pay you after you have earned $30.00.
